She entered the film industry with one of the biggest blockbusters, Lagaan, but Gracy Singh is nowhere in the league of top heroines. Even another hit Munnabhai MBBS could not put her in the top slot.

So, what's preventing Gracy from making it big? While some feel it's her plain Jane image, Gracy herself is unperturbed.

"I don't know why people think my career is going nowhere,"she says. "I'm very happy doing the roles I'm getting. In fact, back when I was working in television, I had not expected to get lead roles in Hindi films,"she says. The actor feels that she has been concentrating on performanceoriented roles and she's content doing those.

But Gracy has been replaced by Vidya Balan in the sequel of Munnabhai MBBS. Does she feel bad about losing out? "I don't feel bad about what I'm not doing, I just focus on what I am doing,"she says firmly.

Right now the actor is concentrating on her ballet called Radhika. "I am a trained Bharatnatyam dancer but I could not pursue dancing because of my film career.

When I met dance guru Bhushan Lokhandri, he asked me to get back to dancing. In fact, his exact words were, 'Kya marne ke baad Indra ki sabha mein dance karogi?',"she laughs.

Gracy has been rehearsing for the past one month to get her steps right. "It's a dance where I'll be enacting a character. It's the first time I'll be doing a stage show and even though I'm nervous, I'm also quite excited,"she adds
